Your Service, Step by Step

No surprises. Here's how it works, from the service to the warranty.

  1. During your service

    Appliances are inspected and function-tested during a service. Parts and consumables (e.g. hub nuts) are priced separately.

  2. If something needs work

    Servicing or repairing appliances is charged separately at the standard hourly rate.

  3. When the job's done

    Payment is due on completion of the work, by bank transfer or cash. Bank details will be provided on your invoice.

  4. 6-month warrantyon all service-related repairs
