What each service includes and what it costs.
Every service is carried out at your chosen location, and you receive a written record of the checks made and anything found.
Regulator, hoses and pipework checked, system leak-tested, appliance flame and safety devices tested, ventilation and flues checked.
Mains consumer unit and RCD trip test, earth and polarity checks, sockets, 12V lighting, battery and charger, fuses.
Moisture meter readings taken at walls, floor, ceiling, windows, roof lights and seams, and recorded.
Pump, taps and pipework checked for leaks and correct operation.
Visual inspection and functional test of hob, oven, fridge and water heater (not a service or repair of them).
Smoke alarm, CO alarm and fire safety equipment checked.
Tyre condition, pressure and age, brakes, lights, hitch and coupling, breakaway cable, jockey wheel, stabiliser and corner steadies, wheel nuts torque-checked, chassis and running gear inspected.
Doors, windows, locks, hinges and seals checked.
